Monthly AI Lunch Series · Historic Downtown Folsom, CA
Every rush starts somewhere.
What is frAIdays
frAIdays is a monthly gathering at Granite City Workspaces in Historic Downtown Folsom — built for the full spectrum of the AI community. Lunch to start, then three simultaneous sessions at different levels. Nobody gets left behind. Nobody gets bored.
It's the gathering point for the Folsom–Rancho Cordova AI ecosystem along the Highway 50 corridor. Every fourth Friday. Free to attend.
Food truck on site. Get your lunch, find a seat, start a conversation. Table cards with prompts — AI tools I actually use, what I tried and dropped, AI for hiring and ops. No agenda, no name tags. Show up, eat, ease in before committing to a session.
Your first real hour with AI tools. What they can and can't do. Real prompts, no jargon, no judgment. Every rush starts somewhere — this is yours.
You're already in. Now go deeper. Workflow automation, AI for proposals, marketing, and ops. Tool comparisons from people who've actually tried them.
API integrations, agentic workflows, production deployments. Technical conversation at builder level. Bring something you're working on.

FAQ
Not at all. The Spark track is designed specifically for people who are new to AI — small business owners, consultants, managers, and anyone who knows AI matters but hasn't figured out where to start. Come curious. That's enough.
Yes. frAIdays is free to attend. There's a food truck on site — lunch is on you, but the sessions, the conversation, and the community are all free.
When you RSVP on Luma, you'll answer one question about where you are in your AI journey. We use that to guide you toward Spark, Flame, or Forge. You're also welcome to float between tracks — the format is built for it.
Yourself and an appetite. If you're attending Flame or Forge, bring a laptop — the sessions are hands-on and you'll want to follow along. If you have a project or workflow you're working on, bring that too.
Granite City Workspaces has on-site parking, and Historic Downtown Folsom has street parking and nearby lots. It's an easy arrival — plan a few extra minutes if you're coming from the freeway at lunch hour.
No. frAIdays is the gathering point for the entire Highway 50 AI corridor — Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Rancho Cordova, and beyond. If you're in the region and work with or want to work with AI, this is your event.
Every fourth Friday of the month. The May 22 event is Volume 01. We're building this into a recurring fixture for the local AI community.
