The Commons — Hourly Rates

Weekday meetings only. 3-hour minimum, 4-hour maximum. Room provided in a standard seated layout. Setup fees apply if reconfiguration is requested.
Hourly booking is for business meetings only — no food or beverage service, no social or celebration gatherings, no custom room setup, and no guests beyond your meeting attendees. Anything else is booked as an event (see below).
Hosting an event instead?
Anything with food, a celebration, a custom setup, more than 4 hours, or a weekend date is booked as a full event at The Commons — with all furniture and setup included.
