The Commons — Event Venue
Every booking includes professional sound with digital mixer, a wireless mic, a 75" TV, all tables and chairs, room setup, cleaning, and free parking. Premium adds the 15-foot TV wall, XLR inputs, and additional mics. Pick your tier, pick your day — that's your price.
Events are booked by package (not hourly), including all weekend dates.

Premium adds (on top of Standard):
Half-Day = 4 hours (5 on Saturday). Full-Day = 8 hours (10 on Saturday). Prices subject to a 2.9% card processing fee; 10% off if paid in full at booking. Events serving food or beverage require a refundable security deposit of $750 or more.
